Free Walking Tour Barcelona
Now they say the best things in life are free, I have not always been a supporter of this phrase but when it comes to walking tours they most definitely are.
I have been on walking tours all over the world and the free walking tour run by Craft tours in Barcelona is up there with the best I have been on.
The way the tour works is, it is 100% free at the end you tip what you feel appropriate, we tipped 5€ each and the guide seemed pretty happy with that.
We met the guide standing alone in Plaça Catalunya at around 9.45AM holding a giant purple umbrella he was alone because I am always early, about 10 minutes after the published start time (10 AM) there was a group of people there and we were ready to start.
Now I am not going to bore you with a massive list of things we did and seen on the tour just know we did see a lot! It was all in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona so we did not get up to see Sagrada Familia as it’s too far to walk out there.
With what we did see our good was funny. witty and told the historic stories and facts really well, all in all, it was a great day had by all on the tour and I think the guide did pretty well with there tips.
Now just a note here that the guides don’t keep all the tips the company takes a price per person if they tip or not so please if you enjoyed the tour you should really tip.
I would highly recommend this tour head over here for more info and to book
